Reflective Review on "Building a Plane While Flying It"

***** reading the article "***** a ***** While ***** It," by Noelle C. Griffin ***** Priscilla Wohlstetter, I am able to better understand ***** concept of charter schools in this country. The idea of the charter school seems very practical and reward*****g ***** both students ***** faculty; however this article points out that this concept still needs to be developed fur*****r before it can truly make an impact on our society.

What I like about the charter ***** is the idea of expanding educati*****al communities to truly bring about high quality teaching and learning. All in all, I th*****k that the concept of the charter ***** is a gre*****t one in *****ory; *****, ***** still ***** a great deal of development in practice if it truly wants to achieve ***** goals. I believe that with a lot ***** dedication and hard work, the people devoted to charter schools can make their visions come true. ***** ***** has *****o many positive attributes for ***** to give up on it. And as ***** say, "Rome wasn't built ***** a
