Concept Analysis of Collaboration in Nursing

Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the definition and usage of collaboration in nursing ***** healthcare. Defining Collaboration

It is a process of communication which occurs between the different professionals involved in ***** care of a p*****tient which enables both the separate and shared knowledge and skills of the team to interact synergistically to influence the patient care provided (Way et al., 2002). This optimizes ***** participation in clinical decision making within and across disciplines.
