Statement of Thesis:

Introduction:

Inclusion has been the focus of much controversy between ***** who are against ***** and those ***** advocate for it. The Definition assigned by the Wisconsin ***** Association Council (WEAC) to Inclusion as follows:

Inclusion is ***** word given ***** expresses commitment to educate each child, to the maximum extent appropriate, in the school and cl*****sroom he or she would otherwise attend."

The Individual with Disabilities Education Act, IDEA

The Rehabilitation ***** of 1973, Section 504.

The legislation written within the ********** with Disabilities Act (IDEA) makes it a requirement that individuals with disabilities be provided an ***** to the "greatest extent possible" ***** to do so in the environment with the least limitations possible.
