INTRODUCTION

Feld also writes clearly ***** concisely, explaining the issues so the average reader can comprehend *****. "Three institutions play important roles in the operation of EMS, now better known as the European ***** Union (*****): the Monetary Committee, ***** ***** of Central Bank Governors, and the Banking Advisory Committee"
