CHAPTER ONE

Introduction to the Study

The study presented represents an effort ***** develop a further understanding of successful strategies utilized to increase more positive outcomes associated with repatriation of employees who are returning to the home organization after having been on an overseas assignment. I was intrigued why a successful person, living *****n exotic and well paid existence, would consider leaving his *****.
