Although the author is currently an individual who is in relatively good physical shape, many people in society are not as lucky ***** regards to their health. The author maintains a healthy weight that also improves general health. Though the author is d*****ciplined and motivated enough to keep a watchful eye on ***** issues, many citizens are not quite ***** perseverant. Especially worrisome is the fact ***** many adults, ***** children, are relatively unconcerned about their health, and many of these same individuals ***** not healthy and in ***** may be court*****g health hazards by being obese.
