During the course of studies related to Comparative Education Development Between England ***** Egypt, this specific study researched the hypothesis, "USING ICT IMPROVES ***** PROCESSES ***** TEACHING & LEARNING ***** AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND ***** AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE,"AS IT:

***** and motivates the student to take control over his/her language learning process.

Transforms the teacher's role from assimilator/translator ***** knowledge to become a facilitator of students' learning.
