During the course of studies related to Comparative Education Development Between England & Egypt, this specific study researched ***** hypothesis, "USING ICT IMPROVES ***** PROCESSES OF TEACHING & LEARNING ***** AS A FOREIGN L*****NGUAGE AND ***** AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE,"AS IT:

Empowers and motivates the student to take control over his/her language learning process.

Transforms the teacher's role from assimilator/translator of knowledge to become a facilitator of students' learning.

In addition to literary research conducted during the course of the study, a questionn*****ire was designed and implemented; followed with a critical assessment of the findings.
