During the course of studies related to Comparative Education Development Between England & Egypt, this specific study researched ***** hypothesis, "USING ICT IMPROVES THE PROCESSES ***** TEACHING & LEARNING ***** AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND ***** AS A FOREIGN *****,"*****S IT:

Empowers and motivates the student to take control over his/her language learning process.
