During the course of studies related to Comparative Education Development Between England & Egypt, this specific study researched ***** hypothesis, "USING ICT IMPROVES ***** PROCESSES ***** TEACHING & LEARNING ***** AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND ARABIC AS A FOREIGN *****,"*****S IT:
