During the course of studies related to Comparative Education Development Between England & Egypt, this specific study researched ***** hypothesis, "USING ICT IMPROVES THE PROCESSES OF TEACHING & LEARNING ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AND ***** AS A FOREIGN *****,"***** IT:

***** and motivates the student to take control over his/her language learning process.

Transforms the teacher's role from *****similator/translator ***** knowledge to become a facilitator of students' learning.

In addition to literary research conducted during the course of the study, a questionn*****ire was designed and implemented; followed with a critic*****l assessment of ***** findings.
