Influence, Power, and Politics: How to Survive

When talking about power and politics we should always remember the origins of these words. Power (Ancient Greek word "cratos") was explained, by such great philosophers as Plato and Aristotle, as activity of a le*****ding social group which forced other citizens to respect their ***** and fulfilling orders. ***** aristocrats had military ***** economical power over other people, so armed forces and wealth were the main resources of their power. Later ***** processes had become complicated but ***** are one of the leading features of power. Many European philosophers (especially Nietze) admitted that struggle for power was ***** ***** reason of social progress. At the same time we can say that ***** itself could not be an effective regulator of any sphere of ***** relations ********** in order to rule ***** ***** know how to do that. This is called politics - a skill of g*****ning a state, regulating relations between citizens ***** ***** using law, violence, authority and public opinion as main methods of providing any politics. Though power and politics have some differences it is a well-known f*****ct that they are indivisible.

There are many kinds of power but one of them is the most important, universal and effective - ***** is political *****. Political power is always legal and it establ*****hes special order in the society using the law - a system of *****s and ***** which must be respected and fulfilled by all c*****izens. German philosopher M. Weber researched this question and wrote that the ***** of relations between ***** state and its citizens looks like 'supremacy*****subordination' and there is no doubt that this is an ideal conception ***** power because there is no political power at ***** if two or more powers ex*****t.

Political power consists of the ***** power which is realized by st*****e organs and law, and ***** ***** (***** parties, organizations, independent mass media, and public opinion). It is very ***** ***** every democratic state machine respects and supports public power as one of the main democratic principles. Democracy nowadays ***** the best kind of political regime which allows citizens enjoying various rights and at the same time it keeps necessary order in the state and secures society from different threats which could come true in case of anarchy or tyranny ***** are both unacceptable *****
