The Intentions of the Framers of the US Constitution by 1815

By 1815, the United States had seen its fair share ***** revolutionary war and explosive changes. The Constitution had been created, and eventually signed by 9 states in 1788. Of *****se *****, there were some still allowing slavery.

More importantly the Bill of Rights were one of the reasons the Civil War was fought.
