During his career he ***** taken a look at all of t***** various types of strategic planning and organizational issues that businesses must deal with and has found ways to make these more logical, easier ***** cope with, and more effective and efficient as well. Only ***** the analysis of his work can ***** true importance of what Senge h***** to say be seen. Other authors will also be discussed ***** included, *****ever, because it is necessary not only to compare Senge's ***** with others ***** to show that there are many similarities between what he thinks is important and what others feel ***** important from a business and strategic planning standpoint, as well.
