No where is th***** problem more evident than within the state ***** Georgia, where according to the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), 42% of Georgia's f*****th graders operate below basic ma*****matics pr*****iciencies.

The less education and proficiency within the foundational know*****ge to become knowledgeable in higher sciences students receive, the ***** competitive *****y will become on the global market in the *****.

Students from an elementary school level are not receiving the proper education needed to grasp foundational concepts in mathematics.
