Situation leadership has evolved because of rapidly changing business world. In a world where ch*****nge is permanent and employees have a greater say in organizational decisions, leaders can no longer be complacent about their style ***** *****. They cannot work with an iron fist ***** can certa*****ly not use old leadership theories and philosophies that were rigid in nature.

***** is what situation leadership has been developed. This style focuses on the situation and urges ***** leadership to mould himself according to the situation instead of trying to shape the employee's behavior.

To explain why I strongly believe in ********** leadership ***** why I think this is a better w*****y ***** handling employee, ***** have created a hypo*****tical situation below that will help in understand*****g what is meant by situational leadership, how is it carried out and what are *****s advantages.
