| Limitations Regarding Sources |
|
Availability of Obscure Sources Although we have access to literally millions of current and archived resource materials (journals, magazines, newspaper articles, books, and periodicals), we may not have access to a particular source if it is unavailable online or through a public library. For example, class textbooks are not available online or in public libraries. If your order requires access to a class textbook, you must be prepared to fax or email the necessary pages from that textbook. If your order requires our writer to access a password-protected Web site, you must include your username and password with your order information.Time Limit for Sending Resources after Submitting Payment Our work is extremely time-sensitive. If you indicate in the order form that you will email or fax to us any files or resource documents, you must do so in a timely manner. If we are unable to begin or continue working because you do not provide required materials within an amount of time that is conducive to your service timeframe, the completion of your order may be delayed by an amount of time equal to that which you delayed in providing the necessary resources. |
