How to Disable SPAM and Junk Mail Filters
Email providers (such as AOL, Yahoo, and Hotmail) use filters to block "junk mail." Unfortunately, these filters sometimes block legitimate emails.  To make sure that you do not accidentally block any of our emails, you must temporarily disable any Bulk Mail, SPAM, or Junk Mail filters and place our email addresses in your address book.
