Terms and Conditions

If you do not agree with any of our terms and conditions, or intend to commit any form of academic fraud by not properly citing our service as a reference, you may NOT do business with our company.

In an effort to exceed a state of full compliance with the Children's Online Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. section 6501 - 6506 and 16 C.F.R.312.1-312.12, we do not knowingly allow children under 16 years of age to use our services. If you are under the age of 16, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission and assistance.

By submitting an order and/or submitting payment, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand all of the legally-binding Terms and Conditions on this page. By submitting an order and/or submitting payment, you are also agreeing to be legally bound by all of the Terms and Conditions on this page.

EssayTown.com's example research materials are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. It is the customer's responsibility to read our FAQ page, and then ask questions and seek clarifications before submitting an order or completing a payment.

Once an order has been completed, we will not grant a refund under ANY circumstances, except in the unlikely event that you do not receive the material because of an unforeseen circumstance that was in our sole, direct control.

Cancellation Procedures for Our $49.99 Service

Under no circumstances will we refund an order after we deliver our product. We will not grant a refund request unless we receive that refund request BEFORE we deliver our product. If you do not specifically contact us to cancel your $49.99 service order BEFORE you receive our material, no matter how long it has been since you submitted payment, we will not grant a refund. In the unlikely event that it has been over 24 hours since you submitted payment for our $49.99 service, we will rightfully assume that you still wish to receive our material unless you tell us otherwise via email BEFORE we deliver. It is not acceptable to claim that you "don't need the paper anymore" AFTER you receive the paper from us. EssayTown's goal is to provide material to the customer within 24 hours. However, we are human beings, and, on rare occasions, we may experience unforeseen complications and/or work overload that force us to take longer than 24 hours to manually deliver. By voluntarily choosing our $49.99 service, you acknowledge, agree, and unconditionally accept that a delay is a slight possibility, and you unconditionally pledge to not seek a refund in the unlikely event that a delay does occur. For those who must be absolutely guaranteed to receive a paper within seconds, we offer automated, immediate downloads via our "Search Engine" service.

Refunds for Our $49.99 Service

Our $49.99 service combines quality and low cost unlike any other service on the Internet. After paying advertising costs, our writers, and an employee to manually process the order, our profit margin on completed $49.99 orders is extremely low. Therefore, we must integrate a $2.00 processing fee on refunded orders to ensure that we recoup a small portion of those costs. We appreciate your understanding, as this enables us to maintain a "$49.99 Service," rather than a "$49.99 Service." (The $2.00 fee does NOT apply to refunds for our Custom Research service or our Search Engine service, as those services have automated delivery systems.)

Mandatory Email Guidelines, Part 1

We will not grant a refund request because of delayed delivery or non-delivery resulting from a customer using different email addresses to place an order and submit payment. You hereby acknowledge, agree, and accept the fact that if you use a different email address to submit your order and submit payment, your order will be delayed an undetermined amount of time beyond the 24-hour delivery period. We will not issue a refund. We must use valuable employee time reconciling the customer's email inconsistencies and calling PayPal to help us match-up the different email accounts. Therefore, we will email the paper to the customer's payment (PayPal) email address or, upon the customer's request, issue a password for a free paper at any time in the future. Not following this simple guideline may result in a delivery delay, and possibly non-receipt of materials. It is the customer's SOLE responsibility to know, understand, and use accordingly his or her email address, including the PRIMARY email address that is on file with PayPal.com, which may differ from the email address that the customer used to submit an order. We will NOT grant a refund request if the customer did not abide by our advertised "Email Guidelines."

Email problems or mixups on the customer's end are not our fault. We are NOT responsible for delays and/or non-receipt of materials resulting from a customer providing us with an invalid, incorrect, and/or inactive email address. We are NOT responsible for delays and/or non-receipt of materials resulting from a customer's email program blocking and/or redirecting our emails in ANY way, whether known or unknown to the customer. Customers are SOLELY responsible for knowing and understanding their email settings, limits, restrictions, SPAM blocking, and/or general operations. After we email materials to the known email address provided to us by the customer, our obligation to the customer is complete, outside of our guarantee policies. We are NOT responsible for delays and/or non-receipt of materials resulting from a customer changing his or her email address after submitting an order. We are NOT responsible for a customer losing and/or deleting materials that we have delivered. We are NOT responsible for delays and/or non-receipt of materials resulting from any problem whatsoever that is not directly controlled by EssayTown.com.

Copyrights

Aside from a reasonable number of copies for personal use, customers may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, publicly claim, or create derivative works of our research material. EssayTown.com and partners retain 100% ownership of all example research materials that we provide to customers, whether custom or prewritten. You may never claim ownership or authorship of any research materials that we provide, neither in whole nor in part.

Zero Tolerance of Plagiarism

EssayTown.com understands that each customer who requests our services will personally write his or her own original report, whether or not he or she receives any services or materials from our Web site. Customers may NOT put their name on our copyrighted research material. All written materials are for research and/or reference only! We do not condone, encourage, or knowingly take part in plagiarism or any other acts of academic fraud or dishonesty. We strongly adhere to and abide by all copyright laws, and will not knowingly allow any customer to commit plagiarism or violate copyright laws.
