Out of these experiences are when various learning style are developed. The most notable include: accommodators, assimilators, convergers and divergers. This accommodator is looking for the significance of the learning experience and how others have utilized key concepts. The assimilator is someone who wants accurate, the organized delivery of information provided by the educator. (Kolb, 2013) ("Motivational Theory," 2013)

The converger is looking for the usefulness of applying specific ideas as a part of their thinking. The diverger likes concrete information in order to explore what certain theories have to offer and if the information makes sense to them utilizing logic / common sense. These different categories are showing how the experiential learning is shaping the way people look at what is happening and the lasting impact on various stakeholders. This helps the target population to recall and utilize key ideas. (Kolb, 2013) ("Motivational Theory," 2013)

The expected outcome is the theory will be effective in offering everyone with greater avenues for understanding and applying the material on their own. This is taking place by using classroom education integrated with real world experience to improve their knowledge in specific areas. In a recent study conducted by Ernst (2013), he determined that each of the components of the theory motivate someone to understand and apply the material on their own. This occurs through making a direct connection with key concepts and seeing how they can use these ideas on their own in the future. A student profile that includes receptiveness, impact, engagement, and the circumstances under which each occurs is informative in developing iterations to courses as well as the expansion of overall programmatic scope." (Ernst, 2013) This is showing how the different components are incorporated to enhance the individuals understanding of the material. ("Motivational Theory," 2013)

Clearly, the experiential learning theory is having a positive impact on individuals from a variety of backgrounds, ethnic / gender groups and economic classes. This is because it is applying specific concepts to enhance the student's understanding of key ideas. Under the strategy, the student will have classroom time that will offer an introduction to key ideas. Then, they will begin hands on training to enhance and improve their ability to learn. This takes place using a combination of factors that will increase their comprehension by reaching out to each person's unique style of learning. When this happens, everyone will have a foundation they can build off of to remember and apply them on their own. In the future, this enhances their understanding of the material by utilizing what they already know and adding to it. This is the point they will recall and apply these techniques as a part of their daily activities.
