(2015), the concept “engagement” can be classified as a mixture of Cognitive elements (being concerned), behavioral elements (participate) and emotional elements (feeling good). Therefore, not only teachers but also learners ought to engage in education through social network and post comments, discuss, give feedback, ask questions and engage in other ways as well. A number of practitioners and researchers have given significance to engagement via social networking. On the other hand, it is noteworthy that social media engagement consumes a great deal of time. This is because social media ought to be consistently checked. As a result, it is vital to constantly check social media sites and be highly responsive. A number of learners make use of diverse social networks in their everyday life and are familiar with majority of the functions and features; on the other hand, several teachers are not engaged in the social media to such a degree, and as a result they view social media engagement as a sheer time wastage. In line with one study, sixty five percent teachers pointed out that their social media usage in either minimal or non-existent while teaching. This is because social networking consumes a great deal of time. In spite of such outcomes, majority of the teachers, when queried about the social media potential for constructive educational change, in excess of seventy percent of the teachers responded that they strongly agree with this notion (Bexheti et al, 2014, 93).

Develop and implement exercises that focus on practice, instead of mastery; 5. Promote healthy and constructive usage of social media; 6. Be conscious of making use of social media and social networking; 7. Develop students’ knowledge on exactly how online networks build across space and over time; 8. Resist the temptation to assess and measure success on quantitative terms; 9. Give way to “throwaway social media” accounts; 10. Ensure students are aware that nothing on the internet is private; 11. Focus on technologies that are accessible.
