In order to create a healthy organizational culture, Disney is one of the few organizations which at one point was prepared to reinvent the manner in which something is performed. And that is something which the founder Walt Disney did maybe better compared to any other organization. Regardless of it being television, movies or the theme parks, he invariably attempted finding a means to perform it in a different manner and better still. In more than one occasion, he risked his whole corporate entity devoted on an innovative idea. That pioneering spark continues to bind the company even today. It was a learning experience for Disney that successful innovation spawns imitation. The moment an organization becomes successful, people are eager to follow the success, so that they could study as well as follow the illustrations. As a step in this direction, the Disney Institute evolved from the innumerable requests obtained from institutions desirous of benchmarking against Disney. (Arnold, 2002) lot of various programs are accessible to groups having meetings at the Disney World which could be the focus of meeting, or a key constituent of a bigger media. All the business programs concentrate with regard to 'management practices' for which Disney is popular. Apart from people management, there are programs with regard to "loyalty, value chain management, organizational creativity and service leadership." Each of the above modules can be looked in presentations lasting 90 minute, workshops for three hours and one-day seminars. One can amalgamate and match themes as also formats to build a customized learning experience. Through the learning experience, the learners will go through the success formula of Disney as well as business tactics which have been very adaptable to their organization without any difficulty. Hence the participants are expected to view their business in a completely different light apart from experiencing some fun as at the end of the day it is Disney. At Disney, it is totally different from conventional seminars. Majority of the conventional seminars delivers theory and case study examination. In the Disney programs, one is learning effective methods to influence one's business and one is learning from the same individuals that are responsible for the success of the organization. 2) Differentiate between management and leadership

The biggest difference between managers and leaders is the manner in which they motivate the personnel who discharge their duties or follow them and this prepares the stage for majority of the other aspects of what they perform. To a lot of people, they are both managers as well as leaders. They hold management jobs, however they realize that one cannot buy hearts, particularly to go behind them through an intricate path, and hence, in a way behave as leaders also. Managers have their own subordinates and they have a position of authority which is vested in them and their subordinates work for them in a manner they are instructed. The style of management is broadly transactional which implies that the manager dictates the subordinate what to do, and the subordinate performs this as they have been contracted to be paid remuneration for acting in this manner. On the other hand, leaders do not have subordinates and not when they are leading. But when they are desirous of leading, they have to shun the formal authoritarian control, as to lead is to have a team of followers and the most important aspect to be borne in mind is that following is invariably a voluntary activity. Persuading people what to do never inspires them to follow the leader. The leader has to appeal them, displaying them the manner in which following will outcome as they had wished. Leaders with a strong charisma visualize it to be simpler to draw people to their cause. As a constituent of their urging, the leaders promise some transformational advantages and not monetary gains. Through this transformational exercise it will make his followers better people. Leaders are seen to be risk seeking whereas managers are risk averse. Leaders while pursuing their vision, regard it natural to tackle problems and obstacles which must be surmounted along the path. ("Leadership vs. Management," 2007)

Taking a cue from the differences about management and leadership, the ideals as well as vision of Walt Disney is entrenched in the Disney Institute which is considered a recognized leader in development of leadership and 'experimental training'. Apart from that other aspects include standardizing as also cultural change for business professionals across the world is also included in their agenda. It is positioned uniquely to blend the resources of all Disney Destinations, delivering professional development which fulfills the needs. The field experiences of Disney Institute will be able to mentally transport one out of the conventional classroom setting into the real scene interactions with the leaders at Disney who are just eager to share the business practices in the first place. Every Disney Institute Programs deliver a matchless scope to enjoy the business that lies at the behind of the magic. This is because the core business strengths at Disney are "leadership development, customer loyalty, Quality of service, teambuilding, displaying of organizational creativity." 3) Describe the roles that organizational managers and leaders play in creating and maintaining a healthy organizational culture

Organizational culture is the routine culture of the organization, the culture that typifies the organization. Workplace culture is a particular expression that relates to the diverse sub-cultures within an organization and that differs as between occupational or differences in status. Corporate culture is stated to be the culture which is promoted by the senior management that shapes part of the strategy of the organization that caters organizational objectives and maybe most significantly which the management of the organization looks forward to manage in the direction of these objectives. Hence the corporate culture of the organization will focus upon fostering values, visions, styles of behavior, and dedication to the organization. In its applicability to Disney, reference is made to the 'Smile Factory' which is the chosen term for Disneyland and it carries with it the apparent linkages with Disney's claim to render Disneyland as the happiest place on earth and concurrently give a direct association with industrial production. In various studies, the study of Disney culture happens to be the organizational culture instead of the corporate culture. It is debated that the culture of interest is the culture of Disneyland; however it is not necessarily identical to the one which is discovered and approved by the management of the park. The Disney Factory seemingly is the factory for the generation and delivery of happiness, particularly in the manner in which this is built as a constituent of its corporate culture. It is important to note that Disney takes the dreams and childhood memories of people and does a bit of marketing and sells them back to them. Hence, it is certain that Disney is selling beyond the products and services that are on offer in their theme parks. At Disney, the corporate culture is one of making certain that the personnel are dedicated to selling of the Great American Dream. Hence, it is important to regard the manner in which culture is learned, generated and created. There is also significance to the learning of the organizational culture. It is apparent that what organizations look forward to educate new members depicts what is accorded value by that particular organization. Hence when Disney hire new workforce, it places them through the Disney University. Its message conveys a new member what the organization believes is crucial in a lot of areas in life in Disneyland. This expands from the fundamental supposition regarding the behavior and values, attires and personal appearance to freshly inducted people and they are explained to ensure that troubles from their non-work life never comes with them while they come to work. The learning environment at Disneyworld is more than the roles, styles of behavior, languages and it is the corporate culture of the organization. The most important role that organizational managers and leaders at Disney play in creating and maintaining a healthy organizational culture is the concept of treating their employees as 'cast members' and not staff.
